CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Purpose: A visual representation of what God’s Grace looks like to you as an artist. Each artist will be allowed to display For Sale, and Not For Sale, up to 3 pieces of Artwork. The Artwork must be orginal, no copies allowed. The Artwork must be a minimum size of 8.5×11″ plus the framing, with a maximum size of 48″x60″ overall including framing.

This will be a judged show, with First, Second, and Third place awards. There will be 2 categories of awards—Judges Choice & People’s Choice.

PHOTOS OF ALL ARTWORK WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 11, 2025

Submission Price:
Adults – $30 for up to 3 pieces, $5 each after first 3 pieces.
Students (18 & under) – $20 for up to 3 pieces, $5 each after first three pieces

Artists, whose work will be accepted, will be notified 4 weeks prior to the show.

Types of Artwork to be displayed: All mediums of Art. Watercolor, Oil, Pastel, Mixed Media, Photography, Pottery/Ceramics, Wood, Sculpture, and Literary Arts.

Rules regarding hanging Artwork:

1. All Artwork must be original work, by the person submitting the work.
2. All Artwork and photography must be framed and wire hung, no sawtooth hangers.
3. All Artwork should be matted if applicable.
4. All wires must be concealed when the Artwork is hanging, so hanging apparatus should reside at least 1 inch below the framing
5. All Artwork can be for sale by the Artist.
   1. If selling, you will need to post the price on a card with the title, medium, name of Artist and the sell price.
   2. If not for sale, you will need to have a card with the title, medium, and name of Artist.
   3. Restoration Church will handle all sales, with a 25% retention rate of the sale price.

Judges: There will be a 3 judge panel, and the People’s Choice will be a public vote.
